Company is seeking two senior-level structural finite element analysts in its Backend Technology and Service organization for system integration services and developments. Successful candidates
are expected to have the following qualifications for either position:

Position #1:
Degree in mechanical engineering (or relevant major) in B.S. or above with
7+ years of hands-on experience in structural dynamics modeling using
ANSYS
(with APDL coding capability), having exposure in semiconductor packaging
and electronics product design.

Position #2:
Degree in mechanical engineering (or relevant major) in B.S. or above with
7+ years of hands-on experience in structural fatigue and product life
time
thermomechanical analysis using ANSYS (with APDL coding capability),
having
exposure in semiconductor packaging and electronics product design.

In addition to the technical qualifications shown above, please note that
a candidate must meet all of the following conditions in order to be
considered:
- Willing to work in HsinchuTaiwan.
- English proficiency to write reports for and conduct meetings with international customers.
- Team player with good interaction and discussion among members.
- Flexible in assignment and proactive for problem solving.
